After-Hours Care

A provider is on call around the clock — nights, weekends, and holidays. Call any office number and follow the prompts.

How it works

Call any office

A provider is on call 24/7. Call any of our three office numbers after hours and follow the prompts.

Nurse callback

A nurse from our team will call you back and assess the situation.

On-call physician

The nurse works directly with the on-call physician to determine next steps for your child.

Plan of care

We’ll arrange a plan — whether that’s a walk-in visit the next morning, a same-day appointment, or guidance on heading to the ER.

When to call us vs. go to the ER

Call us when

  • Fever in a child over 3 months that isn’t responding to medication
  • Vomiting or diarrhea lasting more than a few hours
  • Ear pain, sore throat, or cough keeping your child up at night
  • Rash that appeared suddenly
  • Medication questions or dosing concerns
  • You’re unsure whether your child needs to be seen

Call 911 or go to the ER

  • Difficulty breathing or turning blue
  • Unresponsiveness or seizures
  • Severe allergic reaction (swelling of face/throat, trouble breathing)
  • Head injury with loss of consciousness
  • Broken bones or deep cuts that won’t stop bleeding
  • Ingestion of poison or medication overdose
