All three offices are accepting new patients. Registration takes about 5 minutes.

How to join
I'm expecting
- 1.Complete the registration form and choose “I'm expecting.”
- 2.Optional: schedule a free prenatal consultation via Google Meet. Email us with your name, due date, and preferred office.
- 3.When your baby arrives, call us within 48 hours to schedule the first visit.
I'm transferring
- 1.Complete the registration form. Our coordinator will contact you within a week to confirm details, request medical records, and set up portal access.
- 2.Download the new patient packet ( English / Spanish ) and provide the Authorization to Release of Information form to your child's previous pediatrician for a smooth records transfer.
- 3.Just bring your insurance card and any forms needed for school or camp. We'll handle the rest.

All patients stay current with our immunization guidelines.

Call us before heading to urgent care or a specialist — we can often help same-day.
The portal keeps things moving
Messages, refills, and appointments all go through the patient portal.
A day's notice when you cancel
It helps us offer that slot to another family.
Before your first visit
New patient forms
Download and complete our new patient packet. Give the Authorization to Release of Information form to your previous pediatrician so records can be transferred before the first visit.
Vaccine policy
We require patients to stay current with the Watchung Pediatrics vaccine schedule. It follows AAP timing and validity rules. We're happy to answer questions at your visit.
