Register online
Complete our new patient registration form. It takes about 5 minutes.
Complete forms
Download and fill out our new patient packet before your first visit. Available in English and Spanish.
New patient interview (optional)
A brief video visit with our team to learn about your child and answer your questions. Prenatal consultations are available weekly via Google Meet.
First visit
Bring your completed forms, insurance card, and immunization records. We handle the rest.

Free weekly video consultations via Google Meet. A chance to learn about the practice, meet our team, and ask questions before your baby arrives.
To sign up, email wpnewpatients@watchungpediatrics.com with:
- Your name and due date
- Preferred office (Warren, Millburn, or Fanwood)
- Phone number and best time to reach you

We want to make sure Watchung Pediatrics is the right fit for your family. Here are a few things we ask of all our patients:
- Vaccines: We follow the AAP immunization schedule and require all patients to stay current.
- Contact us first: Call our office before heading to urgent care or a specialist. We want to coordinate your child's care and can often see them same-day.
- Use the portal: Our patient portal is the fastest way to message us, request refills, and manage appointments.
- 24-hour cancellation: Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Repeated no-shows may result in a fee or discharge from the practice.

Please complete the new patient packet before your first visit. Forms are available in English and Spanish.
Vaccine Policy
We follow the AAP immunization schedule and require all patients to be vaccinated within the recommended timing windows. We're happy to answer questions about any vaccine at your visit.
