Stirling Rd bridge closed for replacement

The bridge on Stirling Rd, just before our Warren office, is closed for replacement. The road is completely closed to traffic from Monday, August 3, 2026 through the end of December 2026.

There's no way through — not one lane, not off-peak. If you approach from the bridge side, you'll have to turn around.

Our office at 76 Stirling Road, Suite 201 remains fully open the entire time, with no change to our hours or scheduling. But you'll need to come a different way.

Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your appointment.

We'd much rather you arrive relaxed and on time than caught in a backup or a turnaround.

Your GPS may steer you wrong

Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze are still catching up to the closure. Some apps may keep routing you over the bridge; others avoid more of Stirling Rd than they need to and send you the long way around. Read the alternate routes below before you leave, and don't simply follow your app turn-by-turn.

Alternate routes to our Warren office

All three end at our parking lot at 76 Stirling Road.

From the Watchung Circle

  1. Take the Stirling Rd exit
  2. After 1.1 miles, make a slight right onto Stiles Rd
  3. After 0.4 miles, turn left at the stop sign onto Old Smalleytown Rd
  4. After 0.4 miles, at the traffic light, turn left onto Stirling Rd
  5. Turn left into our parking lot at 76 Stirling Road — our offices are on the left side

From Route 78, East or West (Exit 40)

  1. Turn onto Hillcrest Ave toward the Watchung Circle
  2. At the Watchung Circle, take the fourth exit onto Stirling Rd
  3. After 1.1 miles, turn right onto Stiles Rd
  4. After 0.4 miles, turn left at the stop sign onto Old Smalleytown Rd
  5. After 0.4 miles, at the traffic light, turn left onto Stirling Rd
  6. Turn left into our parking lot at 76 Stirling Road

  1. From Warrenville Rd, cross over Mountain Blvd
  2. After 0.8 miles, take a slight right onto Dubois Rd
  3. After 0.5 miles, at the stop sign, turn right onto Reinman Rd
  4. After 1.4 miles, at the traffic light, make a right onto Stirling Rd
  5. After 0.1 miles, make a left into our parking lot
