Our new patient portal and app
We've moved to a new system, and setting up your account now saves you time later. Here's what to do.
What changed?
On June 2 we moved to athenahealth, with a new portal and app called athenaPatient. Use it to message us, check results and visit notes, and handle appointments from your phone or computer. Your records and appointments came over on their own, so there's nothing for you to move.
What to do now
- 1
Create your account
On the athenaPatient sign-in page , select Sign up and follow the prompts. Already had an athenahealth login, from another practice or before? Sign in with that one instead of making a new account.
2Add your under-18 family members
Do this from the web (it isn't in the app yet): click your name in the top corner, choose Family Access Settings, then Add Patient. Enter each child exactly as they're on file with us: name, date of birth, and your relationship.

Why set it up before your visit?
When you have a visit coming up, we'll text and email you a check-in link, usually about a week ahead. Fill it out from home (your info, insurance, forms, medications, your child's history) and check-in takes seconds when you arrive. No clipboard in the waiting room.
One more thing
We're still learning the new system, so appointments are a little more limited over the next few weeks while our team trains up. Thank you for your patience, and for being kind to our staff while we settle in.
